Welcome to the RSISE IT Support homepage. Here you will find an introduction to the range of IT services available at RSISE, along with some useful information on how to get your system up and running so you can get on with the more important things...

Please ensure you read the 'READ THIS FIRST' section before you begin - It has a lot of important information regarding the use of the computer facilities at RSISE, and will answer many of the questions you may have about the network and its operation.

For those of you who have brought along a laptop and would like it connected to the RSISE network, or would like to self-manage your machines whilst working here, you'll find all the information you'll need to get up and running under the Laptop/Self-Managed documentation section on the left-hand side of the screen. For those happy to use our dual-boot Windows XP/Debian Linux system, you'll find information under the Standard Desktop section, also on the left-hand side of the screen. However, everyone should take a look at READ THIS FIRST - it contains the most important information that all users at RSISE need to be aware of.
